My name is Eugene Mulligan and I develop custom software applications through my company, Egn Systems Limited. I have been designing, developing and delivering software solutions for over 25 years.

During that time I have worked for investment banks, software houses (one of which I co-owned) and myself. I have been responsible for the delivery of applications to organisations ranging from small local businesses to major financial institutions in the UK, Europe and SE Asia.

My approach to delivering successful projects is to:

  • fully understand the client’s requirements;
  • build user-friendly solutions;
  • work to schedule and budget;
  • keep the client informed at all times; and
  • provide the necessary follow-up support.

Obvious really, but the industry is littered with disappointed clients where the software developer failed to adhere to these simple principles.
