About EGN Systems

Bespoke Software Development

My name is Eugene Mulligan and I develop bespoke software applications through my business, EGN Systems Limited. I have been designing, developing and delivering software solutions for over 25 years.

Whilst most of that time has been spent running my own consulting business, I have also worked at investment banks and software houses (one of which I co-owned) in London. My clients have ranged from small local businesses to major financial institutions in the UK, Europe and SE Asia.

My philosophy for delivering successful projects is to:

Now based in South Petherton in Somerset, my work focuses mainly on building web-based products. This covers anything from simple brochure websites to complex bespoke applications. Much of the emphasis is on the design of underlying databases and the development of data management tools to drive these applications.

In the South West my client base consists of small businesses, educational establishments, charities and local communities. I also undertake sub-contracting jobs to assist web / software / marketing businesses with projects for their own clients. If you think I might be able to help you, please get in touch.
